SESWAA RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1kg beef, lamp or goat meat
1,5L water
1 tablespoon salt
3 tablespoons cooking oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil the meat in water together with salt and cooking oil.
- Cover and cook until the meat is soft.
- Shred/Pound the meat until it resembles strings.
- Serve with pap or sorghum meal porridge.
